A 25-year-old Austin, Texas man, Geoffrey Michael Clore, was charged with "improper photography" -- a felony -- after being caught taking a camera phone photo under a woman's skirt, according to KVUE-TV news (free registration required). Clore appeared to be putting out a cigarette on the sidewalk but was actually holding a Motorola camera phone to take the photo, according to court records.
An Austin police officer was told by a passerby that he had seen a man taking a photo by holding the camera phone up a woman's skirt. The officer saw Clore take a photo -- of a second woman, not the one seen by the passerby.
Clore took photos, apparently, of two women. His bail was set at $5,000.
