From All About Symbian I learned about an updated version of CameraFX, an image enhancement program that may be downloaded for Nokia Series 60 camera phones. The 10 Euro ($12) program offers a wide variety of photo editing features including a 10x digital zoom, vertical and horizontal stretch, normal/grey/negative colors, borders and frames (see top left) 
brightness and contrast control (see right), red/blue/green adjustment, horizontal and vertical flip, color swapping and other special effects.
There's a free trial version and program may be purchased with premium SMS. The memory required for installation is 612K and the memory required for use is 152K.
