Not everyone likes Qualcomm, but you can't fault them for poor marketing! I think the company is doing a great job of promoting high speed wireless data and innovative applications. Also, I've found the company's marketing/public relations people to be very responsive to requests for information.
The company has posted information about its Qcamera firmware (see below) for cellular phones.
The Qcamera firmware is integrated into certain versions of the company's Mobile Station Modem chipsets that were announced recently.
Qualcomm's information includes specifications for three Qcamera options: Support for 1.3 megapixels, two megapixels and four megapixels.
(I'd certainly be glad to point out information about camera phone firmware/chipsets/components from other companies. too.)
