    I write a weekly column for www.InternetEvolution.com about the wireless and wired Internet as well as writing a mobile blog and producing videos.

    Previously, I created the world's first wireless data newsletter, wireless data conference, cellular conference and FM radio subcarrier newsletter. I was instrumental in creating and developing the world's first cellular magazine.

    I also helped create and run the first association in the U.S. for the paging and mobile telephone industries.

    NewBay Software, MX Telecom offer unofficial Euro 2004 moblog

    Irish moblog software company, NewBay Software, in conjunction with U.K. SMS software and services company MX Telecom, has created Footieblog, an unofficial moblog for the Euro 2004 soccer ("football" to just about everyone else in the world) championships that are occurring in Portugal (see below).

    The free moblog service is available only to U.K. cellular subscribers, who need to sent their photos to a U.K. number, 44-7746-738-788. NewBay says, "Footieblog.com is a non-commerical, demonstration service showcasing the fun, addictive nature of mobile blogging and picture messaging."
