Zensis enhances photo editing software PhotoRite SP

Zensis has introduced its newest version of PhotoRite -- PhotoRite SP (see below) -- for Nokia Series 60 phones.

The software offers a host of editing/enhancing features, including one-click fixing of photos to correct such problems as backlighting, improper exposure and poor contrast, 8x digital zoom, 16 photo frames plus others to download and the ability to create frames, morphing of photos to expand or contract ("Good news for girls! Now you can have the slim body or face that you long for!" the company says), color effects (sepia, soft lens, black and white) and the "magic mirror" to "turn your friends into monsters."

The company offers a 15-day trial version or you may purchase it for $19.99.

Business opportunities

As I've written before, I believe there are opportunities for companies to create wireless imaging portals that sell a variety of hardware, software and services for camera phone customers. Products like PhotoRite SP are the type that could be included in the wireless imaging software section.

Many companies offers some wireless imaging products but no company is trying to become the mega portal for camera phones. It's a venture that I'm interested in helping to create.
