RealEyes 3D has announced the MobiCannes Challenge 2005 to award an Apple iPod Mini to the best w-Postcard sent by the end of the 3GSM World Congress occurring now in Cannes.
RealEyes3D offers software enabling users with camera phones employing Series 60 operating systems to add handwritten notes and handwritten sketches to either the company's five background templates or photos taken by users.
Users can write text or sketch graphics on paper or other surfaces, take a photo of it and the handwritten information is incorporated into either RealEye3D's postcard-like templates or a photo taken by the camera phone.
Contest entries
This so-called w-Postcard can be transmitted to another handset or an e-mail address.
Free software to enter the contest may be may be downloaded from the company's Web site. Selected entries will be posted on the RealEyes3D Web site and the iPod winner will be announced at the end of the conference.
