LG Electronics delays five megapixel camera phone probably until May

LG Electronics had hoped to offer its five megapixel camera phone in South Korea this month but is delaying the launch probably until May because of technical problems, according to an article in Telecoms Korea.

The article reports a senior executive at LG saying there is a "small glitch" and "it's not a big deal."  LG is testing the handset the handset with three Korean cellular operators:  SK Telecom, KTF and LG Telecom.

Samsung is already supplying its five megapixel camera phone to SK Telecom.

So when is the United States going to get two megapixel camera phones?!
