A New York City subway employee who was caught sleeping on the job by a camera phone photo is under investigation, according to an article in the New York Post.
The newspaper published the photo on June 2, but it’s not available online and I found it in the previous article by searching Google, not through the Post's search function. Nathan Switzer, who took the photo (see left), said he read about a subway employee who was fired for sleeping on the job so he couldn't resist taking the photo of Wilson. He mailed photos to the Post.
“Kevin Wilson, 43, who was caught sleeping with his shoes off just after 2 a.m. at the Bay Ridge Avenue station on the R line, was suspended for 20 days last August for another unauthorized siesta,” the Post reports.
