Carphone Warehouse to sell LG five megapixel camera phone this month

While in the United States we just began crowing about Verizon Wireless offering a 3.2 megapixel camera phone, the Brits this month will be able to get a five megapixel handset.

Esato (among many others) reports that the Carphone Warehouse is taking pre-orders for the LG KG920 (see below) that features a lens that swivels 180 degrees, a flash, 256MB memory card and a 4x digital zoom for "crystal clear close-up shots."

"Crystal clear" from a digital zoom?  I'd really like to see that.

Of course, I'd really like to test the photo quality of that handset.
